Thanks to the IQ clinic cosmetology center, I was able to get back into shape in a couple of months after giving birth. Only an integrated approach gives the desired result. I used the services of a nutritionist, who instructed me in detail about proper and healthy nutrition so that it would not negatively affect breastfeeding. In parallel with proper nutrition, I attended an anti-cellulite body massage to tighten my muscles and skin. The center employs competent and qualified specialists.
