I go to Mind Fit Studio for group training. I also get a relaxing massage here from time to time. This is amazing. The magical hands of a specialist bring my body back to normal, and my thoughts and emotions into balance. Complete relaxation. I like the respectful attitude and care that is felt here in literally every manifestation. It's nice, of course. Well done.
