I had my eyebrows and lips tattooed at the Permanent Boutique, I’m glad I decided on this procedure, it makes my makeup much easier and my life easier. Everything was done with high quality, very beautiful and professional. Eyebrows are smooth, symmetrical, natural color and width. I also liked my lips; after the crust came off, the color adapted to its natural color. I recommend Permanent Boutique.
