Feedbacks about «Студия красоты Планета СПА», Saint Petersburg

I went to Svetlana’s Spina + Shvz once and was satisfied. Then I saw a story on Instagram with a promotion for a subscription. I bought it. And it was “very nice” of the studio to provide half of the services from the subscription and merge. One day I arrived at the appointed time, and the door was closed. After a while, the administrator on the phone gave some vague explanations that there would be no session. At the next session, I spent 40 minutes trying to find out whether there would be a session or not, since I had absolutely no desire to waste time (traveling + waiting at the door). As a result, there was no session that day. According to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, I demanded a refund for unproven services, the manager promised a refund within three working days. I am writing this review at the end of the fourth working day from the moment of contacting without completing a full course of massage and money for them in my bank account. I give the studio 2 stars only for the master Svetlana. Indeed, a very good massage therapist! But the studio itself - the level of service - is disgusting.
