Psychologist and teacher by training. Psychological experience for more than 20 years.
Worked with different age groups. She taught at TSPU. For 10 years until 2017, she worked as a medical psychologist in a maternity hospital and gynecological department.

In recent years I have been working more online.
She specialized at the Siberian State Medical University.
I use different approaches and directions when working; I prefer elements of positive psychology and art therapy. I conduct it as short-term counseling (3-5 sessions). So is the long-term. It all depends on the situation and the client’s request.
Topics I work with and have a good understanding of:
- psychological trauma and their consequences;
- stressful situations and acute emotional states;
- experiencing grief and loss;
- relationship difficulties;
- separation, difficulties of mutual understanding, crisis relationships, conflicts, including personal development;
- fears, phobias, anxiety and worries;
- search for the meaning of life, goals, interests;
- I have been working with cancer patients for the last 4 years (I went through this myself, so I understand how difficult it is to believe in a bright future ahead in this state. But it exists!).

I provide consultations both online and in person.

I have my own methods; when working with situations of loss or separation from a loved one, I help in 4-5 sessions. This is coupled with an environmental audit.

In my free time I create jewelry from beads and precious stones.
