Laser like
The laser action is based on the principle of selective photothermolysis. The light wave is absorbed by specific chromophores - melanocytes, which synthesize the coloring pigment melanin. After converting light energy into heat, the hair follicle is heated. Under the influence of high temperature, follicular epithelial cells are damaged, which subsequently leads to the death of the hair follicle. The remaining heat is distributed throughout the surrounding tissues, but does not have a negative effect on them.
