Good day. My name is Ruslan Kharisov.
I first became interested in psychology in high school. The reasons for my interest were quite ordinary: I had to find answers to many vital questions at that time - what awaits me after I “fly” from my parents’ nest? How to behave? How to make the “right decision”? In what direction should we develop? And of course, answers to questions related to relationships, solving some personal problems. I entered university quite consciously (although is it possible to talk about this at such a young age?). Many years of soul-searching, theory and practice have borne fruit. It turned out that the problems had much deeper roots than I expected, and it took significantly more knowledge and effort to solve them. However, when I achieved the desired result, my life turned 180 degrees.

My professional psychological practice began in 2005. Since that period, I had a wonderful opportunity to work in various organizations: I began my practice in educational institutions, worked as a psychologist in schools, in commercial organizations as a corporate trainer, in development centers. At the same time, he was engaged in entrepreneurial activities in the field of marketing, sales, and business outsourcing. The accumulated practical experience became the reference point for creating an advisory center, and this, of course, enriched and expanded my professional experience. At the moment I am engaged in individual psychological and coaching practice.

Over the years of his formation, he completed dozens of trainings, seminars, master classes and advanced training courses. I went through a full multi-stage education, mastered and put into practice the basics of positive psychotherapy, existential therapy, art therapy, methods of transactional analysis, body-oriented psychotherapy, family psychotherapy, coaching and training skills.

Since then, I have really been able to help many people change their lives for the better; for some clients, the changes have been global. There were many successes, but also plenty of disappointments. Then I realized many important things. The understanding that not everything always depends on me was given to me with difficulty :). There were also personal crises that I had to go through.

Working as a consultant and coach, I help my clients cope with life's challenges by activating their inner resources, developing the ability to rely on their inner strength and use the resources of life in order to desire to live their unique personal story. In my practice, I use modern, effective and environmentally friendly methods of therapy and coaching. I work with men and women, conduct individual consultations, trainings, and master classes. I take part as a practicing specialist in various professional conferences and festivals.

I love my job. I love sharing knowledge and experience. I love working with people who are interested in their lives, who are ready to take responsibility, change, develop, take serious steps and become happier, create their own destiny according to their own scenario.

I continue to change and develop, making my life more interesting and harmonious. I know for sure that every person has enormous potential, that everyone can find their own point of support, every person deserves to be happy, to live in love, joy and prosperity!
