Татьяна Петрова (Ufa) Psychologist

I am a psychologist, working with adults with a wide range of needs: relationships with a partner, parents, children, colleagues; anxiety, fears; self-esteem; solving existential issues, etc.

In my work I use methods of family systemic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and the gestalt approach. For each client I select an individual set of techniques based on the request and purpose of the work. I respect the client’s feelings, experiences and difficulties without devaluing or imposing my own value system. For me there are no small problems - every experience is worthy of attention. I create a safe space and provide careful support for the process of awareness and your movement towards the better. I strictly adhere to the principles of professional ethics.

By first education, I am an economist (I have an academic degree), which allows me to take a broader look at some aspects of life, in particular, I work with issues in the field of personal finance. I study at the Moscow Gestalt Institute, undergo long-term personal therapy, and take regular supervision.

I do not work with chemical (alcoholism, drug addiction) and gaming addictions.

I conduct consultations in person in Ufa (Sovetsky district) and online (Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp).
