At Magma I take individual training with a gym instructor, as well as individual stretching classes. I really like the trainers, they are true professionals, I trust them with complete control over my weight and body condition. I also attend group training - cardio, strength training, Pilates. I really like the club itself, convenient location, reasonable price. Advantageous subscriptions.
