I go for a lymphatic drainage facial massage. The problems are related to losing weight, and if the body is tightened from training and the pool, then you need to be careful with your face, otherwise it will sag like a bulldog. The effect is wonderful, of course. I used to go twice a week, now once a week, more often I don’t see the point. Ideally, at least every day. I'm glad that it doesn't hurt, unlike the same lymphatic drainage massage of the whole body.
