My name is Natalya Shevchenko and I am a practicing psychologist.

I work within a client-centered approach. The point is that each of us has within ourselves extensive resources for understanding our own essence, for changing attitudes, attitudes and behavior. But in order for these resources to be better released, it is necessary to create certain conditions and ask the right questions. This is what we do with clients during consultations. We work for results at every meeting. Each session ends with the formulation of recommendations for the client.

In addition, I use methods of cognitive behavioral psychotherapy and the Gestalt approach. Sometimes I use art therapeutic techniques and diagnostic tests. But, basically, I work using the Socratic method, that is, we talk with the client.
