Psychologist, family psychologist. A panic attack is an attack of panic, fear with a feeling of impending death, fear of losing consciousness, or loss of control over oneself, or fear of going crazy. Usually an attack lasts from 5-20 minutes, in some cases it can last up to 2 hours. After a panic attack, a person feels severe weakness in the body, a state of exhaustion, tremors, lethargy, severe tension - each person may have a different reaction of the body after the end of the PA. Recuperation can last from 3-4 hours to a day.
