What a pity that in life we ​​have to face difficulties, conflicts, obstacles, losses, loneliness. . . And I would really like someone to be there during these periods! Sometimes you need advice, sometimes you need joint reflection, sometimes you need support, and sometimes it’s just important to know that you are not alone!

I know how to give advice. And sometimes it's better to keep them to yourself. I have the techniques. And sometimes you just need a simple conversation. It is very important for me to hear from you. And you can hear yourself. It is necessary to find the inner silence from which answers are born.

My principles.

1) Depth and qualitative changes.
2) The primary importance of working with the cause, and then working with the symptom.
3) Integrated approach: internal changes + specific actions (External steps without internal changes often do not bring the desired changes or are simply impossible. Internal changes without turning into actions bring peace and satisfaction, but are not effective from the point of view of external promotion).
4) Unacceptability of violence, awareness and free choice.
5) Work in accordance with conscience.

4. Metaphorical cards (no mysticism, these are associative cards that allow the psychologist to work more quickly, deeply and effectively).

About Me.

I chose this profession a long time ago. When it was hard and very painful. I felt that no one was there to hear, help, support. And I decided then that I myself would become someone who could be there in difficult times.

A lot of time has passed since then. The pain and loneliness went away, but the decision remained and determined my professional life. For me it is happiness to be able to help someone who really needs it now.
