Yoga practice since 2012 in the following areas: Bikram yoga, Jivamukti yoga, Anti-gravity yoga.
Anna is a writer, a researcher of a healthy lifestyle, she has created her own methods of cleansing the body and getting rid of excess weight without dieting. At the moment, 3 books have been published: “Cleansing the body and healing the mind”, “Bikram yoga - a practitioner’s diary”, “How not to grow old and not get fat”, a book is being prepared by the Dil publishing house about the nutrition system “Living Protective Kitchen”.
Yoga is an integral part of the developed healing techniques for Anna. Thanks to yoga, you can balance the work of the body’s internal systems to an optimal level of their functioning, and also consistently work on the musculoskeletal system, which bears the main burden of everyday life.
The author's method of yoga practice, developed by Anna, ensures consistent treatment of all parts of the spine, massage and cleansing of internal organs, strengthening of joints, revitalization of the capillary network and bringing the psychological state into balance. The practice does not imply the use of complex level asanas. The emphasis is placed precisely on the healing effect of asanas, and not on the complexity of implementation, which is suitable even for completely novice practitioners.
