My name is Ilya, I am a psychologist and existential psychotherapist, providing psychological support and assistance to adults.

The reasons for applying are very different, here are some of them:

A few words about myself

I am a certified psychologist. I received a classical education at the Moscow State Psychological and Pedagogical University (bachelor's degree in social psychology, master's degree in socio-psychological counseling). Regular refresher courses and personal therapy. I am also interested in academic science, but practical psychology and counseling attracts me much more. I work in an existential-humanistic approach, which has proven its effectiveness through many years of psychological practice.

How long does the therapeutic course last?

Individually. It depends primarily on the personality structure and the scale of the problem. This could be several sessions, or maybe several dozen. We also provide intersessional support if you are currently in a difficult life situation.

The first consultation is a “trial” (cost - 1000 rubles), where you can understand how comfortable it will be for you to work with me.

Meetings can take place both in person (Chistye Prudy/Kurskaya metro station) and online (Google meet, Skype).

Session duration is 55 minutes.
