A person is filled with emotions, experiences, sensations; the very content of the problem is important to him. For example, in relational problems, we pay more attention to hurtful words, to unfair actions and deeds towards us, we get upset, build “defenses”, take retaliatory actions ourselves or adapt to the situation, but at the same time we do not realize the reasons for our condition and path exit from it.

This requires another professional person who is able to see the situation as a whole.
I am an independent external observer in relation to your problem. And together we can discern how your problem arose, how it is maintained and how it is solved. You move away from experiencing the content of the problem, begin to look at it from the outside (observe it), and therefore become aware of it.
