I, Yulia Rakitskaya, are a psychologist, nutritionist, and specialist in the integrative (holistic) approach to human well-being.

It is no longer a secret for many that human health (physical and mental) depends 50% on lifestyle.

That is why I combine psychology, nutrition and lifestyle changes as a trainer in my work.

During the first (basic) consultation (2 hours), I clarify the main elements of a person’s lifestyle: his activity (physical and social), nutrition, stress level, quality of sleep.
I'm conducting surveys and testing.
Together with the client, we analyze the whole picture, determine the goal (the desired result of the work) and draw up a “road map” of changes.

Then the client can stay with me on a program of functional nutrition and lifestyle modification (improvement), in which case I work as a trainer.
Or he can take a program of psychological support for changes (for example, eating behavior or the formation of healthy habits).

In addition, I separately work as a psychologist with anxiety conditions (fear, anxiety, self-doubt, loss of strength, psychological burnout, stress).

In my psychological practice I use a wide range of tools and methods: metaphorical maps, guided imagination, behavioral, cognitive therapy, some NLP and systemic constellations tools.
