I. BOXING EXPERIENCE

Active in boxing from 1995 to the present.

II. COACHING EXPERIENCE:

‌1998-2009– Instructor-trainer for children's groups (beginner training);

‌2010-2012– Head coach of the Amur Region boxing national teams; prepared champions and winners of Far Eastern, All-Russian, and international tournaments.

‌Since 2013,I have been preparing active professional boxers and working with many managers and various promoter companies in Russia, Europe, and England. The cooperation includes preparation (including online) for ranking and title fights in professional boxing.

‌2016 to 2021– Head coach of the Sakhalin Region (Russia) national teams for amateur and professional boxing.

‌2021-2022– Head coach for professional boxers at an international promoter company in Great Britain, Southampton.

Among my students,there is already a European champion and several national champions in professional boxing.

Additionally,I have extensive experience as a boxing coach in fitness centers.

III. RING ACHIEVEMENTS

· Champion of the Far Eastern Federal District of Russia 1998-2005;

· Champion of All-Russian "A"-class tournaments in: Belgorod (1998), Zlatoust (2000), Vladivostok (1999-2004), Neryungri, Zlatoust (2000), Khabarovsk (1999-2004), Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky (2003), Lipetsk (2003), Saratov (2003);

· Russian Champion 2001 in Pervouralsk (Ural Federal District);

· Bronze medalist at the Russian Championships 2002, 2004 (Chelyabinsk);

· Champion of international tournaments in Greece, Italy (2000, 2004);

· Member of the Russian National Team 1999-2005.

Since 2015,I have been an active professional boxer, participating in ranking fights to improve my coaching skills (approximately 15 fights completed).

In total,I have completed over 200 official fights in amateur boxing.

IV. TRAINING PROGRAM

‌Specialized warm-up;

‌Teaching technical-tactical skills(fighting stance, footwork, maneuvering, feints, defense, punches) tailored to the athlete's individual style;

‌Teaching various stylistic features of the Russian,European, and American boxing schools;

‌Training on the heavy bag,with focus mitts, and with a partner;

‌Special physical conditioning;

‌Psychological preparation;

‌Cool-down and stretching.

V. MAIN OBJECTIVES

· Improvement of general and special physical conditioning;

· Development of agility, speed, endurance, movement efficiency, coordination, and reaction speed.

· Learning and perfecting fighting technique and its practical application;

· Psychological preparation of amateur and professional athletes for high mental stress and development of self-confidence;
