“We are what we eat” is my favorite saying. After all, nutrition directly affects how we look, how we feel, whether we are in a bad mood or whether we enjoy life. Nutrition determines how clearly we think, how alert and active we are, and whether we get satisfaction from work and from life in general. Nutrition determines our taste for life. My task is not to fight the symptoms of a disease or imbalance in the body, but to look for and eradicate its causes so that a person feels and sees the best version of himself.
