At Shturman the haircut is not bad, even above average. But I’ll warn you right away that you shouldn’t put much faith in the stocks that you see on their website. I tried several times to sign my husband up for a haircut as part of a promotion, and each time the administration didn’t quite understand what I was talking about. My husband still comes and says that he likes it there, and I like the haircuts, but it’s a shame that it’s not on sale.
