ExcellentAt Shturman the haircut is not bad, even above average. But I’ll warn you right away that you shouldn’t put much faith in the stocks that you see on their website. I tried several times to sign my husband up for a haircut as part of a promotion, and each time the administration didn’t quite understand what I was talking about. My husband still comes and says that he likes it there, and I like the haircuts, but it’s a shame that it’s not on sale.
