In my work, I combine various areas of psychology, with a particular focus on the cognitive behavioral approach and solution-oriented therapy.
I received a higher education in psychology (2004 - 2010, Russian New University (psychologist, psychology teacher, diploma with honors); I completed additional education courses (solution-oriented short-term therapy, family therapy, psychodrama), and constantly undergo personal therapy. I am author of manuals.
My professional experience began with work at the Moscow Center for Psychological Assistance. In the process of work, I became a participant in the city experimental site, where I took part in the development and implementation of the “Conscious Parenting” program in Moscow psychological assistance centers, and conducted training seminars. She also worked in educational centers, helping schoolchildren with career guidance. Private practice began in 2010, I am a member of the Association of Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy.
