I advise on issues such as: relationships with other people, family problems and crises, relationships with children, existential questions, the meaning of life, self-esteem and self-doubt, procrastination, motivation, anxiety, depression, stress, tension, apathy, career.
I believe that a person knows how to help himself and can find the strength to do this, because no one knows himself better than himself. In consultation, I can help you meet yourself, see your needs and support you in your search for what will help you achieve what you want, increase your pleasure and quality of life.
In my work, I combine various areas of psychology, with a particular focus on the cognitive behavioral approach and solution-oriented therapy.
I received a higher education in psychology (2004 - 2010, Russian New University (psychologist, psychology teacher, diploma with honors); I completed additional education courses (solution-oriented short-term therapy, family therapy, psychodrama), and constantly undergo personal therapy. I am author of manuals.
My professional experience began with work at the Moscow Center for Psychological Assistance. In the process of work, I became a participant in the city experimental site, where I took part in the development and implementation of the “Conscious Parenting” program in Moscow psychological assistance centers, and conducted training seminars. She also worked in educational centers, helping schoolchildren with career guidance. Private practice began in 2010, I am a member of the Association of Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy.

I provide individual psychological consultations in Moscow and Skype - consultations regardless of the city of residence.
