Excellent Recommends salon: YesI’ve been going to Bloom since September, I get my eyebrows done here about twice a month, I also sometimes get eyelash extensions and I’ve had my makeup done here 4 times. In fact, this is the most ordinary salon, but there is a very good attitude towards clients and I rate the masters at the highest level, there is nothing to dig into at all. It is clear that the administration hires only real professionals and not just anyone.
