I often rent Naked Studio for client days and private photo sessions. I think that they are one of the best in Moscow. Huge bright rooms, excellent new equipment, the administrator helps with setting it up if necessary. Interesting locations and interiors are a huge plus for all this. The windows are large, thanks to which you can take beautiful photos with daylight.

The administrator did not arrive at the time of filming, did not issue passes for all participants, and blamed it on the security guard. Because of this, the client himself was stuck for 40 minutes at the checkpoint. We eventually went to the security point and weren’t too lazy. He showed us the computer and said that this was a lie and a pass; if it was ordered, then it was reflected and showed where and how. And the pass was displayed in the system only 40-50 minutes after the start of our reservation (after the hostess arrived at the studio). It was then that she finally formalized it. The security guard confirmed that as soon as the administrator's error was corrected, we were able to pass. The management of this studio set up the entire team: photographer, videographer, stylist, model and client. The shooting was intended for a bed linen manufacturer to advertise their products. The time was strictly calculated for getting the model ready and preparing the underwear, taking into account the time for tucking in the underwear, steaming and shooting photo and video material. When we discovered that the hall was closed in the morning, the customer was the first to call the studio. Then, after about 9 minutes, I connected, we tried to call, they hung up on the first call, then the calls were dropped and the phone was turned off. I started writing on WhatsApp, they read the messages, but they don’t answer. I have attached screenshots of messages and calls to both studio numbers below. The boss arrived about 40 minutes later. When asked how we would solve this situation, she sent almost everyone away from the first minutes, saying that we should be glad that she came at all, and the rest is our problem, not hers. And she doesn’t care that now we won’t have time to film the material. She said that she is not responsible for the punctuality and work of her own studio, and answered why everyone asks from her, but no one owes her anything. And what do we owe her, since she came to the gym and didn’t stay at home? In the end, no apologies, nothing, she spoke in a raised tone, extremely unkindly, with threats that she would completely disrupt the rest of the shooting for us and it was none of her business, that she had let the people and the whole team down. He cannot communicate as a human being and apparently does not want to. A lot of very rudeness. To the point that the person had to be filmed. The video has been saved for further investigation to confirm this situation. As a result, after the start of video recording of the scandal, the person lowered his voice and began to more or less talk to us, inviting us to stay after our time ended (after 12) for half an hour so that we could finish filming what we didn’t have time to do. And towards the end of our time (at 11:50) she came and again began to behave extremely impartially, that after us there was a reservation and we were holding up the hall for her and her offer to finish filming was apparently no longer valid. We didn’t make any more scandals because it was more expensive for ourselves and we decided to finish the shooting in another studio. And this, by the way, is a sub-cost! Everything here is disgusting, starting with the hostess. This is the worst studio I've ever been to, and I have more than 10 years of filming experience. Out of 3 hours of filming, due to the proceedings and its lateness, they filmed only 1 hour 20 at most. I do not recommend the studio, I will never return here. The client is terribly upset and we are all shocked by this situation. Our nerves were pretty frayed, the work was extremely uncomfortable and in the wildest rush and stress for each team member! And the most important thing is that different things happen in life, you pick up the phone, apologize, answer, they are completely ignored! And they didn’t even apologize to us! The conversation from the first seconds began with the question of why we are suddenly not happy.
