I say, apply conditioner after shampoo, otherwise your hair will become electrified. He says I’ll apply the spray and everything will be fine. OK. I started cutting my hair, I’ve never heard so much about my hair, there are always only compliments, but here: I’m not taking care of it right, I urgently need care, otherwise it’s a shame to walk around with such hair))). I offered her to cut my hair without her commenting. It didn’t help) she stabbed me in the head with scissors!!!! They didn't apologize!!! During the whole process I naturally tore my hair with a comb. The bangs have completely turned into an ugliness. Dried it halfway and said it was ready. I offered her to dry me completely, she ran the hair dryer and comb through my hair a couple more times and we were done. My hair, as I warned in advance, is electrifying. I went up to the admin and asked her to touch my hair and make sure it was damp. She touched it, made sure, and remained silent. It was +11 outside this morning. And I have a raw head. Result: 1800 down the drain, I had to urgently run to another salon to have it redone, minus 10 cm in length, ugly bangs, runny nose by the middle of the day and a spoiled mood. Never set foot in this salon. How can you treat clients like this, especially if it’s your first time?
