I work with adults. Often these are successful people who know how and why to take responsibility for decisions made, and it is because of this that they can burn out emotionally. They are not always ready to seek help precisely because of the habit of independence and also because of the fear that they will need to endlessly psychoanalyze.

How is individual work structured?
We begin by identifying the reason for seeking counseling. Understanding what really hurts is an important part of success.

When the reason for the request is determined, we choose the methods of work that are best suited:
Advisory conversation
Provocative psychotherapy
Metaphorical cards
Emotional Release Technique
Anti-stress massage
Fact cards
EMDR
Training in methods of emotional self-regulation with consolidation of the skill outside of consultation, in a normal environment

Sometimes one consultation is enough to solve a problem. That is why we work from one and a half to two hours: during this time it is really possible to find a way out of the situation, understand the chaos of thoughts, or create a plan
