Good afternoon. Your branch on Kirov 91 leaves much to be desired, I’ll write reviews everywhere that your salon, first of all, when you come to the spa nothing is ready, I sat and waited for 15 minutes although I had an appointment at 13:00, in the end I went in at 13:20 and left the spa at 15:00 although it was still my 20 minutes of wasted time, secondly, when you are planning a spa, you probably need to check if everything is in stock, and then call clients (there was paraffin therapy for the hands and in the end there was no paraffin)!!! Are you kidding me!!! I will write a claim addressed to your director to collect compensation for the fact that I ended up paying for a full spa program, but as a result there is no paraffin therapy, I begged for tea myself! Ugliness!!!! I won’t come there again!!! Learn to do service and maintenance first!!!
