My name is Natalya. I am a practicing psychologist. I am a full member of the Association of Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy.
For more than 18 years, I have been helping people cope with difficult experiences, providing support to those who find themselves in a crisis situation, have difficulties communicating with people and cannot make the right decision.

People come to me when:
- cannot resolve internal conflict,
- feel anxious about the future
- feel guilt, shame, resentment, anger towards people,
- emotions get out of control and prevent you from living a full life,
- feel loneliness, emptiness and apathy,
- do not know how to refuse other people and say “no”,
- want to understand themselves and find the meaning of life,
- want to improve relationships with loved ones and stop conflicts,
- increase self-esteem and self-confidence,

- they want to change the destructive scenario of their life and start living in a new way.

I have been married for 26 years, I am the mother of two children.
I know how to maintain and maintain harmonious family relationships, how to find a common language with children. I can share with you the secrets of parenting and communicating with loved ones.

The peculiarities of my work are a careful and delicate study of the client’s problem, a clear explanation of the mechanisms of the problem and the use of a variety of methods and techniques to resolve a difficult situation.

I don't give advice or teach how to live correctly. I help people realize the sources of the problem and find hidden resources to overcome difficulties.

Depending on the client’s request, I use different approaches in my work:
- Cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy,
- Schema therapy,
- Systemic family psychotherapy,
- Gestalt therapy,
- Psychosynthesis.

I do not work with people with alcohol and drug addictions.

I provide individual consultations for people over 18 years old in person in Chelyabinsk and online throughout Russia.
