I think this is the best master in the city. He does it very quickly, and with very high quality. I did permanent makeup a year ago, she said it would last for two years, and I believe it, because so far everything is perfect. The materials are all luxury, and this is also evident from the result: they do not fade or change color. I might have been able to find a master cheaper, but what would have been the result? No, it’s better to pay more but get quality.

I had powder eyebrows done by Svetlana. The appointment was for July 2. I wanted to go earlier, but all the time that suited me was busy. When I got to her, I understood why there was such a queue.
