I am convinced that every person has an inexhaustible source of resources that help them cope with difficulties. I create conditions during sessions for searching and discovering such resources, for experiencing feelings, for realizing one’s significance in this world.
With me, clients learn to expand the boundaries of their consciousness, to perceive any event as an important experience for revealing themselves and discovering their strengths.
My clients know about their responsibility for their own lives, for making decisions and for their health.
I do not limit myself to one approach in psychological counseling, as well as in perceiving the world. I prefer an integrative approach in both work and life. Everything has its place - it is useful to listen to yourself and choose what is close to me. Our health is not divided into psychological and medical; the body and psyche are one whole, inseparable systems that strive to maintain homeostasis (equilibrium, balance, harmony). This is the basis of my consulting process.
