Super Poleca salon: TakBluebeard is a cult place in Khabarovsk. I have never seen a better barbershop either in Khabarovsk or in the surrounding area. Barbers are simply masters of their craft, and how they handle a straight razor! Lovely to watch. The price tag is higher than in other places, but the service is also a cut above, and I believe that you can overpay a little for quality, especially since the question is a couple of hundred rubles.
