Since childhood, I have been dancing and practicing martial arts Karate, Wushu, the beauty of the movements of the human body has always attracted attention and developed interest in the processes occurring inside us. The search for an answer to the question of the integrity of the beauty of the internal and external state led to the Faculty of Biology of Kazan University, where studying allowed me to learn the main relationships and patterns and provided the opportunity for further self-development. I took several training courses on working with the body, the purpose of which was to understand the biological capabilities of our body. Participation in the author's course of Japanese facial massage has expanded our understanding that our smart body is capable of self-healing, the direction of our attention has a strong impulse to preserve and maintain health and youth. Through physical education, a person can be filled with energy, feel unity with nature, and therefore be happy!
Physical education has moral foundations that must be discovered from early childhood! Knowledge about the capabilities of their body allows children to develop harmoniously, relieve excess tension from the body, form correct posture, switch attention from mental stress, supporting the processes of assimilation of a large amount of information in kindergartens and schools.
