I perform myofascial massage according to Tatyana Shubina’s method. This technique widely uses the principle of “Anatomical trains” (myofascial meridians), that is, in order to relax the tight muscles of the lower back, you must first work the arms, thoracic region, cervical-collar area, legs, and only then proceed to the lower back, otherwise you can achieve negative effect instead of a positive one: the pain will intensify, the muscles may become inflamed, and the discomfort may become chronic.
