My name is Anna, I am a specialist in the field of nutrition and preventive dietetics. Today I enjoy life, tasty and satisfying food, engage in physical activity for pleasure, and easily maintain an athletic and fit shape. But it was not always so.
I, like all perfectionists, trying to achieve the maximum result in the minimum time, collected a lot of mistakes, made a lot of mistakes and even managed to earn a RPP. It was in order to correct these mistakes that I went to study at the NSA Academy of Nutrition and Preventive Dietetics.
