The Biotraining Center provides remote health services.
With precisely calculated physical activity we help:
- normalize blood pressure, weight and blood sugar
- regain strength and energy
- improve sleep quality
- strengthen the immune system

In this case, physical activity is selected individually, taking into account the available equipment and training capabilities.

Each user is given a personal training account, in which the program provides calculated loads for each workout.

Thanks to this individual approach, our biotraining includes people with disabilities, after serious injuries, as well as against the background of severe diseases such as multiple sclerosis, diabetes mellitus, metabolic syndrome, and hypertension.

In addition, each user is connected to the “Slimness by Science” support chat, where reminders about the need are published every day:
- drink water
- do a workout
- have your last meal no later than 19:00
- go to bed no later than 22.00

Each reminder is accompanied by useful information that convinces you to follow through. As a result, by the end of the 1st month, our users report that they are starting to drink water, go to bed on time and take care of what they eat.
