But until the age of 5, a person consciously simply remembers them or has repressed these situations that were traumatic for him.

Therefore, it is possible to solve this problem forever, only by finding and working through this root cause, at the subconscious level, i.e. at the level of body reactions, beliefs and experience.
At the level of consciousness and thinking, this is impossible to do; by doing this, you can only increase the discomfort by starting to resist yourself and your own thoughts.
