I analyze the relationship between spouses in marriage: diagnosing the well-being of family relationships, solving problems of relationships in the family, with children, with friends, work colleagues, determining the psychological and sexual compatibility of spouses, resolving sexual problems that have psychological content.
I provide psychological preparation for women for pregnancy and childbirth, family counseling for spouses, parents and children, I work with families of alcoholics, drug addicts, gambling addicts, and with families who have suffered loss and grief.

In my practice there are families who, from time to time, for 25 years, turn to me for consultations. There are individual clients who, for approximately the same amount of time, seek help of various kinds, and having successfully resolved their problems, continue to live happily.

I also carry out psychocorrection of conditions arising after an accident, violence, loss of loved ones, bereavement, grief, mental trauma, various diseases associated with psychofunctional disorders and emotional stress (frequent headaches, insomnia, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, skin and other diseases), with neuroses, depression, phobias, panic attacks.

There was a recent case when a woman called me after 17 years. At the beginning, I helped her son cope with fears in 1 session, then he was 10 years old, and now with panic attacks in a 27-year-old guy.

I provide psychocorrection for crisis conditions, loneliness, low mood, increased fatigue, decreased performance, psychosomatic diseases, obesity and anorexia nervosa. With the help of psychology, I free people from their complexes and develop individually necessary qualities.

I provide rehabilitation to people, removing psychological dependence on food, alcohol, drugs, tobacco, gambling and computer games.

I have clients who have been in stable remission for decades, do not drink alcohol or drugs, use proper nutrition, and lead a healthy lifestyle. I myself have not drunk alcohol for 29 years, since I began working with addicted people. Never smoked. I am involved in physical education, and recently passed the GTO standards with excellent marks. I have my own experience of losing 20 kg of weight and maintaining good physical shape.

To establish the real state of the client, I conduct computer psychodiagnostics.

I am engaged in educational activities: I conduct seminars and training events in psychology, gestalt therapy, psychoanalysis, psychosynthesis, sports psychology.
In teaching Gestalt therapy, I am guided by the program of the Moscow Gestalt Institute of stages I and II, training Gestalt therapists. I have already had several successful graduations and now my students, being Gestalt therapists, supervisors, and trainers, effectively work in the Gestalt approach and independently teach others.

I work in the field of sports psychology: I develop the individual characteristics of athletes, form the psychological qualities and skills necessary for victory.
I develop for each athlete an individual plan for developing abilities, a strategy for preparation and competitive behavior.
I determine the psychological readiness of an athlete for sports activities, performances and competitions.

I provide post-competition rehabilitation for athletes.
I conduct team trainings on team building, team cohesion, working with conflicts, and team development.
I teach mental training, relaxation and stress relief skills.
I am working through fears associated with sports activities.
I find a solution and a way out of a crisis situation.
I am engaged in professional reorientation of athletes after they leave their sports career, help them adapt to new non-sports living conditions and support them in developing a new career in civilian life.

I worked with athletes of various disciplines: football, hockey, tennis, swimming, triathlon, handball, volleyball, basketball, e-sports and other sports.

In my practice, there were athletes who, before coming to me, could have ended their careers due to a decline in athletic performance, but after taking a course in sports psychology, they returned in a completely different state and showed good results. There were athletes who were a few seconds short of their next achievement and receiving a sports title, and they received it deservedly, after activating resources for psychocorrection.

I provide psychological support to professional athletes, businessmen, politicians and members of their families in difficult life situations for them: negotiations, conflict management, participation in elections, achieving their goals.

I provide business consulting and coaching for business people: psychological preparation for important meetings, negotiations, speeches, consulting on problems of organizational development, mediation in resolving conflicts in an enterprise, a company, an organization, psychological assessment of the personal potential of employees, predicting the success of their work.

I conduct specialized training psychological programs for staff, developed taking into account the specifics of various professions, training sessions for staff: “Soul and Money”, “Dependent, co-dependent behavior, family and career”, etc.

I also work with professional actors to restore their internal integrity and harmony. Since they, like professional athletes, often work to the limit of their capabilities during rehearsals and on stage, they leave the comfort zone that is familiar to many, and get used to their character as much as possible. And to return to real life, they sometimes need a psychologist. I myself know theatrical life and filming firsthand. I was trained at a theater school, played in several theaters, in different roles, acted in films and TV series.

I work in Moscow and Krasnodar, and also consult remotely via video communication (Skype, WhatsApp) with clients from all over the world.

I really love my job – psychology and I try to convey this love to my clients and students.
