I believe that any mental suffering is an internal response to the infringement of what is important to a person - his values, hopes, life principles. For a narrative psychologist, the person is separate, and the problem is separate - that is, I will not look for a flaw in you, make a diagnosis, tell you where you are right or wrong, give advice on what to do or how to relate to something. I will listen carefully to your story, I will formulate moving questions, I will indicate for your choice possible areas and ways of how you can approach and work with what you have addressed. Possible areas of treatment are fears, panic attacks, depressive states (it is possible to work in parallel with medication support), anxiety, guilt, choice and decision-making, relationships with other people, separation, finding oneself, feelings of failure and others.
