My name is Dmitry, I am 44 years old, I am a practicing psychologist.
I provide psychological assistance and support to individuals and families, adults, adolescents and children. In my work I use different methods of traditional psychological schools, depending on the request and the situation.
Confucius taught: If you want to feed a man once, give him a fish. If you want to feed him for life, teach him to fish.
So my professional credo echoes this wisdom and consists not so much in working with symptoms, but with the causes of the problem, while simultaneously increasing your psychological culture:
helping you to find out the deep motives of your worries, learn to understand, accept the nature of your own unique and amazing inner world and manage it competently, having mastered the methods and techniques of self-control, self-diagnosis and self-help,
what will help you continue to develop as a person, enjoy life and share it with loved ones, and no longer “be captive of your negative emotions”
