In 2008 After defending my PhD thesis, I became a full member of Academician Milanov’s team as a research assistant, continuing to practice reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery. In 2013 Almost the entire team of the Department of Reconstructive Surgery and Microsurgery and one of the first Departments of Plastic Surgery formed on its basis, we moved to the First Moscow State Medical University named after I.M. Sechenov, where until the end of 2016 I worked as a senior researcher at the Research Department of Plastic Surgery . Also in 2013. In parallel with the transition to work at my Alma mater, I began working at the K+31 Clinic together with Professor Adamyan, with whom we first organized the Service and then the Department of Plastic Surgery. In 2014 my friends, the owners of the Aptos company, one of the leaders among manufacturers of suture materials for aesthetic medicine, invited me to head the Scientific Department of the company. Currently, I continue to collaborate with Aptos as a scientific consultant and trainer on Aptos thread lifting methods.
