I am a practicing psychologist, certified coach ICU and ICTA. I work with emotional states resulting from:
divorce, separation;
decision making;
changes in living conditions (moving, immigration, changing jobs, changing activities);
relationship dissatisfaction;
dissatisfaction with the absence of a partner;
repeated unwanted situations;
difficulties of choice
In the coaching approach, I work with the issues of setting goals, achieving results, determining true goals, developing behavioral strategies, and finding resources for achievements.
In my work I use the methods of transactional analysis, CBT, FACT, and client-oriented approach.
I have been working with adults and teenagers since the age of 14.
