Good day!
My name is Nikita, I am a dance coach in such areas as breakdancing, locking and house.

Regarding dance experience, I have almost eight years of training experience and more than 4 years of teaching. I am a participant and winner of many competitions, I have extensive experience working remotely via Skype, Zoom, twitch, etc., I am a teacher at the Modern dance school, Ustudio.

In addition, I offer a full range of services regarding fitness and nutrition:

- online training at home without any equipment
- remote nutrition guidance based on your goals and objectives
- rehabilitation after injuries, posture correction
- preparation for competitions, including running and triathlon, I am a finisher of Ironman Barcelona 2017 (10:06), winner of cross-country and marathons.
