I am a psychologist, a full member of the OPPL (All-Russian Professional Psychotherapeutic League). In my work I rely on proven methods and areas of practical psychology such as: Gestalt therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative practice, solution-oriented short-term therapy, psychoanalysis. People come to me with problems: dissatisfaction with themselves, loss of meaning in life, difficulties in communication, difficulties in making decisions, depression, anxiety, loss of loved ones, crises, panic attacks, eating disorders (overweight), marital conflicts, parent-child relationships . I work within the framework of single consultations, as well as long-term psychotherapy, depending on the problem and client request.
I am married and have two adult children.
