Education and experience have taught me that psychotherapy is nothing more than a dialogue between a psychotherapist and a client, during which conditions are created for a greater understanding of oneself, one’s feelings, desires and needs.

In the process of therapy, a person frees himself from the distorting filters of the past and ineffective ways of behavior, learns to look at the world and the people around him in a new way, and begins to enjoy all aspects of life: love, friendship, work, hobbies.

An individual and attentive approach to each client develops the ability to self-support, which leads to a freer and higher-quality life.

I currently use schema therapy as the most effective combination of cognitive behavioral and analytical psychotherapies. I also use coaching and hypnotherapy.
