Basic principle of human existence

I believe that every person strives first of all for freedom. There are two vectors
freedom is freedom-from and freedom-for.
1) A person sometimes needs help to get rid of his addictions, obsessive thoughts, anxiety, depression and much more in order to gain freedom and move on.
2) And sometimes a person loses the meaning of life, it is difficult for him to decide on his desires.
And then he needs help to find the meaning of his freedom.

All the methods that I use are aimed at helping a person find, comprehend and arrange freedom.

The basic principle of relationship in therapy.

Every person is worthy of respect and trust. Only on the principles of mutual respect, openness, and trust do I build relationships with clients during therapeutic sessions. Each person is unique, with his own inner world, often very fragile, sometimes very painful. Each client has the right to attention, interest and an individual approach to his world.

The main method in therapy.

Each person is a mystery to another. But a person wants to be unraveled, to be understood, accepted, recognized. Only in dialogue does a person reveal his innermost, his essence, himself. In dialogue, a person can not only understand the Other, but above all himself, accept himself and be born again.

Problems I'm working with:

I successfully work with anxiety, apathy, panic attacks, loss of meaning, with feelings of separation and loss. I help you get through difficult periods of life, stress, crises. I also successfully work with couples in conflict situations and periods of crisis.


A few words about myself.

He studied at physics and mathematics school No. 18 at Moscow State University. Studied at the Moscow Institute of Electronic Technology. I became interested in philosophy, theology and psychology. Studied at St. Tikhon's Theological Institute. I sing in the temple, regent. He graduated from the Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis, as well as two degrees from the Moscow Gestalt Institute. I practice individual therapy, lead couples, and groups. I am the author of psychotherapeutic trainings “Working with the voice in the Gestalt approach.”
