I specialize in conducting the following types of forensic psychological examinations: conducting various types of in-person, correspondence, post-mortem forensic psychological examinations, including complex examinations in criminal cases: examination of accused persons: emotional states, individual psychological characteristics, ability to testify, participate in judicial and investigative actions, bear responsibility for what was done; examination of victims: the ability to understand the nature and significance of the illegal actions committed against them, the helpless state, harm to health, the ability to testify, to participate in judicial investigative actions; examination of witnesses: ability to testify, participate in judicial and investigative actions; examination of cases involving death, incitement to suicide; in civil cases: examination of legal capacity; examination of transactional ability (the ability to understand the meaning of one’s actions and manage them when concluding any transaction), psychological examination of child-parent relations (in cases of the child’s place of residence, the order of meetings, etc.).
