I got a perm at the Ocean Hair salon, and to say I liked it is an understatement. The curls are large, voluminous, as I like, they look natural both loose and gathered. The curling is gentle and does not spoil the hair structure, which is important. They also do extensions in the salon; my friend tried it and was pleased. Take note.
