I offer a healing, relaxing Thai massage using a unique technique developed by the monk Mama Nit in the northern capital of Thailand, Chiang Mai, which has been transmitted from a line of teachers going back to Dr. Dshivago, the attending physician of Siddhartha Gautama.
The session traditionally takes place on the floor, on which a thin mat is laid, without oil. You bring with you light clothes made from natural fabrics (preferably cotton) that do not restrict movement.
I will work and stretch my entire body: from the tips of my toes to the top of my head. During the session you remain completely relaxed, although the impact is quite strong, as I will only use my body weight, pressing on energy points, working joints and stretching muscles. You determine the strength of pressure together with me so that it is comfortable and at the same time noticeable. No bruises!
