I, Andrey Kozlov, am glad to welcome you to my page.
It is important to me that when my clients seek psychological help, they receive it in accordance with the Psychologist’s Code of Ethics, which means they are guaranteed to receive confidentiality and safety when dealing with their difficulties and problems.

I work both in a short-term mode, if consultation is needed on a specific issue, and in a long-term mode, if the client is interested in deeper changes in his life.
Most often I work with difficulties:
• Problems of self-determination - a feeling of unfulfillment, “I don’t know what I want,” dissatisfaction with oneself;
• Problems of choice - choosing a life path, profession, partner, place of work;
• Depressive states - a feeling of depression, depression, anxiety, indifference to everything, “loss of taste for life”;
• Relationships with others - a feeling of uncertainty, difficulty in establishing contact, loneliness, inability to defend oneself, grievances caused, feelings of guilt;
• Family difficulties - misunderstanding in relationships with a partner, quarrels, betrayals, separations, divorces, problems in relationships with parents and other close people.
• Working with the consequences of traumatic events - loss of a loved one, life-threatening situations, illness, accidents, etc.
• Midlife crisis - when a person is unable to find himself, does not understand who he is and why he lives, he moves along with life, but there is no clarity in expressing himself, a clear sense of himself. This condition can be overcome through awareness of the mechanisms that interfere with self-acceptance.
